The Women in NAHAD (WIN) Program was created to provide a forum for women in the hose distribution industry to network with their peers and discuss key issues facing women in the marketplace today. WIN offers additional insights throughout the year to help support the professional development of women in the hose and hose accessories business and offer insights for companies to attract top level female talent.

Why charity:water? It's a nonprofit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries. charity: water funds sustainable water projects in areas of greatest need and works with local partners to implement them.
The members of NAHAD banded together in the fight to provide clean, safe drinking water to people in need all around the world. Together we've raised over $20,000 but we can still do more. For those who have yet to contribute it's not too late please consider making a tax deductible donation and help bring an end to the water crisis. NAHAD members are encouraged to donate because 100% of public donations are sent straight to the field.
George Wilson Carver, a founding father and third president of NAHAD, served the association, and the industry, with dedication, grace and distinction.

SBP Holdings will acquire Dakota Fluid Power and subsidiaries with closing scheduled for December 3, 2018. The Dakota Fluid Power operation will form the platform foundation for SBP Holdings entry into the Fluid Power repair and services industry forming a third business vertical within the holding company along with its Industrial Rubber vertical, Singer Equities and its Rigging and Rental vertical, Bishop Lifting Products. With this addition SBP Holdings will increase its North America footprint to 74 locations with over 1,300 employees.
Dakota Fluid Power established in 1991 by President, Rick Lindemann, and his partner and Vice President, Mike Nelson, is headquartered in Sioux Falls, SD and has grown to 13 locations and 197 associates in the upper Midwest U.S. with operations in North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The Dakota Fluid Power organization provides hydraulic and pneumatic components and machinery along with service and repairs through its operations and subsidiaries Prairie Truck Equipment, Midway Machining, Engineered Products, Y2K Filtration, OEM Manufacturing and ASI Hydraulics. DFP is the region’s leading hydraulic expert in a variety of industries notably agriculture, on and off highway construction, municipalities, utilities, waste, food processing, wind energy, mining and oil and gas. Lindemann and Nelson will continue to manage the DFP operation and expand the enterprise through acquisition and organic means.

The Fluid Sealing Association® is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert (Rob) S. Coffee as President of the Association. He is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Proco Products, Inc., in
Rob has been in the expansion joint industry dating back to 1980, working part-time after high school at Pathway Bellows. During his tenure at Pathway, he performed duties inside customer service for fabric expansion joints and then industrial dampers. In 1990, he transitioned to field salesman with responsibility for Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.
In 1994, Rob joined Proco Products as Marketing Manager. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing (2007), his duties include traveling around the United States and Canada conducting engineering seminars and sales training bringing more than 30 years of application experience as a result of his years behind the desk and in the field.
Thermoid announces the appointment of Brent Lilly to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. Brent will be responsible for driving the efforts of Thermoid’s sales and product management teams.
Brent has spent his career in progressive sales and marketing leadership roles with Gates Corporation, Titan Industries, and Parker Hannifin. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA.
Brent currently serves on the NAHAD Board of Directors, and frequently presents on various topics at industry events. His years of experience in the rubber products industry will be a tremendous benefit as Thermoid continues to drive marketing programs and growth initiatives.
